IAA 2024: JAC to Make European Debut with Electric Vehicles
JAC Motors, a leading Chinese manufacturer of commercial vehicles, will showcase its electric vehicles for the European market at the IAA Transportation 2024 in Hanover. This is the company’s first direct participation in an international trade fair outside of China.
At this year’s exhibition, Jac Motors is unveiling three fully electric vehicles designed specifically for Europe: two light trucks (7.5-ton and 4.5-ton) and a T9 pickup. These vehicles feature the latest advancements in battery technology, comfort, and safety, including new driver assistance systems and mechanical enhancements for improved efficiency.
Jac Motors is using this opportunity to strengthen its brand presence in Europe and seek new business partnerships. The company, which operates 27 factories and R&D centers globally, was the first Chinese brand to enter the electric truck market in France. It is also active in Italy, Portugal, Belgium, Switzerland, and Norway. In Spain, Jac Motors leads the zero-emission commercial vehicle market with a 24% share.
