FAW TRUCKS has delivered 212 commercial vehicles to a customer in Guinea, marking a significant step in the company’s ongoing international expansion and support for transportation and infrastructure development in West Africa.

The trucks are scheduled for shipment in the coming days and will be used across multiple sectors in Guinea, including logistics, construction and resource transportation. According to the company, the vehicles were designed to meet the demands of Guinea’s challenging road conditions and frequent heavy-duty operations.

Each truck is equipped with customized powertrain solutions aimed at delivering stable performance under tough conditions. FAW TRUCKS also incorporated lightweight materials and energy-efficient technologies to reduce fuel consumption while maintaining high load capacity. The models have been further upgraded with smart features tailored to local usage scenarios.

“We chose FAW TRUCKS because of our confidence in the brand’s reliability and adaptability,” a customer representative said during the handover ceremony. “These vehicles will help us expand our operations and improve transport efficiency in Guinea.”

Guinea has seen rapid economic growth in recent years, driven by large-scale infrastructure projects and the development of its mineral resources. As demand for modern transport solutions continues to rise, the deployment of the new vehicles is expected to strengthen the country’s logistics and construction capabilities.

FAW TRUCKS, a major Chinese commercial vehicle manufacturer, currently exports to 88 countries and regions. Over the past three years, its overseas sales have grown at an annual rate exceeding 60 percent. The company said it remains committed to its “SPRINT 2030” global strategy, focusing on localized product development and enhanced service support in international markets.
