Dongfeng Shipped 1000 Light Trucks to the Americas
On September 8th, a thousand Dongfeng light trucks were lined up in the shape of “DFAC”, ready for departure to the Americas. This shipment marks Dongfeng’s second major delivery of 1,000 trucks to the Americas in just three months, following their first record-breaking shipment of 1,000 units on June 14th. This highlights Dongfeng’s strong push in the final quarter of the year and sets the stage for a successful end-of-year performance.
In the first eight months of this year, Dongfeng saw a dramatic 107% increase in overseas sales and a remarkable 229% rise in profits. Additionally, the market share of Chinese exports also rose by 5.6 percentage points, surpassing industry growth rates.
The Americas is a key market for commercial vehicles, offering great potential but also intense competition. This second delivery of 1,000 light trucks shows that Dongfeng’s products are increasingly favored by customers in the region. This shipment represents a significant achievement in Dongfeng’s efforts in the Americas and showcases the company’s global success and recognition.
