Dongfeng Signs Cooperation Agreement with Moroccan Partner
On September 25, Dongfeng Motor Corporation (Dongfeng) held a meeting with a key Moroccan partner to discuss strengthening future cooperation. Both sides reached a broad agreement, injecting fresh momentum into Dongfeng’s global strategy.
The meeting was co-chaired by Dongfeng’s General Manager, Li Junzhi, and the General Manager of the Moroccan Automotive Group. They discussed how to elevate their current cooperation from a single-country focus to a broader regional partnership.
Li Junzhi emphasized Dongfeng’s commitment to the Moroccan market and expressed a willingness to deepen their collaboration by providing more high-quality commercial vehicles and services to Morocco and other parts of Africa.
The General Manager of the Moroccan Automotive Group praised Dongfeng’s products and technology. He noted that Dongfeng’s light trucks, as a leading Chinese brand, have succeeded in the Moroccan market due to their high quality and excellent after-sales service. He looks forward to expanding cooperation with Dongfeng to help grow the automotive market in Morocco and North Africa.
During the signing ceremony, witnessed by Li Junzhi and Qiu Xiaojun, Head of Dongfeng’s Overseas Business, both parties signed a purchase order for 500 Dongfeng light trucks. This deal further solidifies Dongfeng’s presence in Morocco and secures future sales in North Africa. Additionally, they signed a sales agreement for 2025, outlining clear targets and collaboration strategies for the coming year.
The signing of this agreement strengthens Dongfeng’s market position in Morocco. As the partnership deepens, Dongfeng will continue to improve its products and services to meet diverse customer needs, reinforcing its leadership in the African market.
