ZHIZHI Auto Signs Strategic Deal with Singapore’s SATOMAS, Targets 300-Vehicle

ZHIZHI Auto has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with SATOMAS ENERGY PTE. LTD. in Hong Kong, marking a new step in its expansion into overseas markets.

Under the agreement, the two companies will cooperate in the new energy commercial vehicle sector, with a focus on Southeast Asia and the Hong Kong market. The partnership sets a clear target of 300 vehicle sales over the next three years.

The signing ceremony was attended by Ms. SHA, Chairwoman of the SATOMAS Group, and Mr. Wang Zhao, Chairman of ZHIZHI Auto.

According to the agreement, the two sides will leverage their respective strengths and collaborate across three core areas: product development and certification support, green and low-carbon initiatives, and full industry-chain collaboration. The partners plan to jointly develop customized vehicle solutions tailored to local market needs, advance technical and product certifications, and strengthen cooperation in marketing and after-sales service. The goal is to build a greener and more intelligent commercial vehicle ecosystem and support the deployment of zero-carbon logistics solutions.

SATOMAS Energy is a technology company under the SATOMAS Group, focusing on new energy solutions. Backed by the group’s more than 30 years of experience in marine engineering and port operations across Southeast Asia, the company is working to develop global zero-carbon logistics solutions.

Commenting on the partnership, Wang Zhao, Chairman of ZHIZHI Auto, said the company places strong emphasis on the international expansion of its new energy products. He noted that the agreement represents a new starting point for ZHIZHI Auto’s overseas strategy, adding that the company will continue to work with partners across the industry chain to enhance brand recognition and expand its presence in international markets.
