Wuling Bingo Pro Debuts: A Stylish, Female-Friendly 5-Seat EV Starting at $7,850

The Wuling Bingo Pro officially launched on May 22, with four trim levels priced between 56,800 and 70,800 RMB (approximately $7,850 – $9,790 USD). Positioned between the standard Bingo and the Bingo S, this new model features a five-door, five-seat layout and offers a maximum CLTC range of 403km. It comes standard with DC fast charging, vehicle-to-load (V2L) capabilities, and a 12.8-inch infotainment screen, specifically targeting the refined female consumer market.

The exterior design centers on “Neo-Retro” aesthetics. The front fascia features circular LED headlights with three-segment arc light strips, complemented by a rounded, full-bodied silhouette. Notably, the vehicle includes a 30L front trunk to enhance storage utility.

In profile, the Bingo Pro rides on 16-inch petal-style wheels and utilizes semi-concealed door handles. It measures 4,050mm in length, 1,758mm in width, and 1,580mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,560mm. The rear is equipped with rounded rectangular taillights and a spoiler that mimics a “ducktail” design. Additionally, the entire lineup comes standard with an electric tailgate, and the trunk volume can be expanded up to 1,370L.

Inside, the cabin is wrapped in soft, skin-friendly materials. It features an 8.88-inch digital instrument cluster and a 12.8-inch central touchscreen powered by the Ling OS system, which supports AI voice control, smartphone integration (CarPlay/CarLife), and remote vehicle management. Catering to female users, it includes thoughtful touches like a sun visor with a 6300K professional color temperature LED fill light and a door panel umbrella slot with drainage.

The interior adopts a five-seat layout, with the front seats offering power adjustment for the driver and heating for both front occupants. Other notable features include wireless phone charging, a 4-speaker audio system, a 540-degree camera system, keyless entry/start, tire pressure monitoring, Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB), and intelligent parking assist.

Powering the Bingo Pro is a front-mounted electric motor with a maximum output of 65kW. Battery options include 31.9kWh and 37.9kWh packs, providing CLTC ranges of 330km and 403km, respectively. Fast charging from 30% to 80% takes just 15 minutes, and the car supports 3.3kW V2L output. The chassis retains a front MacPherson strut and rear torsion beam suspension setup.

Differences Between the Wuling Bingo and Bingo Pro

The main difference between Wuling Bingo and Bingo Pro is that the Bingo Pro is essentially an upgraded next-generation model. Introduced in 2026, the Bingo Pro features larger dimensions, a 5-seat layout, stronger performance, and upgraded safety features. With a starting pre-sale price of RMB 58,800, it is slightly more expensive than the previous Bingo but offers more features and better specifications.

What Has Changed in Terms of Space and Seating?

The Wuling Bingo Pro is an upgraded version of the original Bingo, with the key improvements focusing on size, seating capacity, performance, and safety upgrades.

Larger Body Dimensions
The Bingo Pro measures 4050 × 1758 × 1580 mm, compared with the original Bingo’s 3950 × 1708 × 1580 mm. This means the Pro version is 100 mm longer and 50 mm wider, giving it a fuller appearance and providing more interior width and cabin space.
From 4 Seats to 5 Seats
The original Bingo features a 4-seat layout, while the Bingo Pro has been upgraded to a 5-door, 5-seat configuration. The rear seats can accommodate three passengers when needed, making it more suitable for family trips with a full load.
New Front Storage Compartment (Frunk)
The Pro version adds a 30L front storage compartment (frunk) with sealing and drainage features. It is convenient for storing charging cables, wet umbrellas, or groceries, helping keep the cabin clean. This feature is not available in the original Bingo model.

**Editor’s Note:**
The Bingo Pro shares similar dimensions and an identical wheelbase with the standard Bingo, and their price points are quite close. However, the Bingo Pro offers superior power and range, along with a more practical five-seat layout. Most importantly, its array of features specifically tailored for female users gives it a very clear market positioning. Following its launch, it will join the Wuling Bingo Pro and Bingo S to compete in the small car segment against rivals like the Geely Xingyuan and BYD Seagull. We look forward to seeing how it performs in the market.
